Established in 1997, Snooks Estates is based in Soweto and Johannesburg South. We are a client focussed and service-oriented business entity that provides a wide spectrum of property-related services to its clients. We have entrenched ourselves as a market leader in property sales in Soweto and we endeavour to build and maintain good quality relationships with our clients. On its inception, Snooks Estates was run by Matseleng Mogodi, who was at the time a High School teacher teaching Maths and Science, but she terminated her teaching career in order to concentrate on the Real Estate Industry. She worked in conjunction with Snooks Construction for several years. At the time, Snooks Estates had a staff of only 4 people who were more like family and this number has grown over the years to 26 staff members with a staff turnover of less than 1%. We are devoted to creating trustworthy relationships with our clients, and we believe that all our clients are aware of our commitment to providing them with the highest quality service at all times.
